For the dough
- 300g low fat curd
- 3 eggs
- 110g spelt homemeal flour
- 90g oat bran
- 45g spelt bran
- 30g psyllium husks
- 30g shredded linseeds
- 4 tsp baking powder
- 150ml lukewarm water
- 1,5 tsp salt
- 1 pinch sugar
For the crust
- 2 EL oat bran
- 2 EL spelt bran
